Censura consulting ltd from London(UK) is a scam!!!

I just booked my cscs test on censura website for monday.After 1 day i receive a call that is not possible for monday,and then they delayed me with a week,like at the official website.

OI bastards ! if i want to book in advance with a week i paying 17,50£ to prometeric not giving to you 42£ for nothing.
After they call me ,they wanna charge me again another 3£ for a NIN.(LMFAO).
I say FUCK OFF, see you on the court bastards.(indian bastards).
My advice is DON't book a cscs test or nothing from them.THEY don't wanna give you money back,they are the scum of the earth.

Thank you for choosing Censura Consulting as the supplier of your CSCS product or service, you will be pleased to know we have already begun
work on the delvery of the service to you.

This is the first of two emails you will receive in relation to your order.

Currently the details of your order as selected by you as your preferences ie Test Centre, Location, Date of your Test and Time
are provisional only and therefore subject to change based on our up to date real time availability.

The second email you receieve from us is vitally important as it is the one which is our official confirmation to you confirming
all details of your order and the actual Test Details ie Test Location, Test Time & Date we have secured for you these may or may not be as per your prefered choices.

Please also be aware that these also under certain circumstanses may be subject to change. If this is the case we will inform as soon
as possible.

What happens next?
Every effort will be made to book your test in line with your preferred test date time and location but due to circumstances beyond our control, do not guarantee this. If this can be done you will receive a confirmation of such through your receipt of a Confirmed Booking Confirmation correspondence/email within the next 2 working days.
If you have paid for your test and we are unable to get you the test date & time you prefer we will contact you using the contact details you have provided within the next 2 working days. (Please note that our working day ends at 5:00pm, anything booked after 5pm will be considered as the next day). To agree with you the best and closest alternative date and time for your test.
Only if 2 full working days have passed since receiving this correspondence and you have neither received your Official Booking Confirmation or had contact from us to rearrange your test, should you get in touch with us regarding your test booking/order. In this instance you should email us at confirmmytest@censura.co.uk please provide your name, contact telephone number, receipt number, date and time of your preferred test and location of your test.
Conditions of Purchase
The term "provisional" in this Order Acknowledgement relates solely to the preferred selections you (the buyer) have choosen and does not mean that either your order for services or payment made is provisional. Your order for the services and payment made is confirmed and binding awaiting only confirmation of the Test Centre, Date & Time of your test s per your preferred choices or alternatively the next best available options. If you decide to cancel your order you will forfeit your payment, you will not receive a refund.

Please be aware that if we cannot get you the test you wish and after doing all we can to contact you we are unable to do so you will forfeit your payment if 6 months have elapsed since paying for your test.
Please be aware that we are unable to change any details relating to your test if there are 3 or fewer working days before the day of your test.
VAT Receipt
If you require a VAT receipt you need to request this within 24 hours of paying for your products and services. Once 24 hours have elapsed then a charge of £11.99 will be required.
Change my details/Reschedule/Cancel Policy
Please check your details above if any of the details are not as you wish please email us at wrongdetails@censura.co.uk with your name, contact telephone number, and changes which need to be made. We remind you that changes to your details can not be made if there is less than 3 clear working days to your test date/day – see above

You must contact us no later than 4 full clear working days before the day of your test to reschedule your test. The four clear working days required does not include the day of the call, the day of the test, weekends or Bank Holidays. For example if your test is on a Friday you must contact us by the previous Friday to reschedule your test at a fee of £11.99. If you contact us within the penalty period to reschedule you will have to pay for the test at full cost. No refund for cancellation.

Preparing for your test
The best way to prepare for the test is by obtaining the CSCS test revision book or CD ROM which covers all the questions that the test may contain. It is an excellent source of information to help you and those around you be safe on site. The revision material can be purchased through Censura Consulting Limited by either calling us on             0844 567 1004       or you may buy the products directly by visiting our web site http://censura.co.uk
The day of your test
Once you have booked your test with Censura. Please arrive at your test centre at least 15 minutes prior to your test, if you are late you may not be able to sit the test and as such will forfeit your payment. You will find the your test booking details above and can obtain details on how to get to your chosen test centre by entering the postcode of the test centre shown above in to Google maps. On the day you must bring with you two forms of Identification such as Passport, UK Driving license, alternatively you can bring one item with your photograph and name printed on it (EG work ID card) and one with your name and signature on it (EG credit card). Candidates from outside of the UK must show either their Passport or their EU country identity card.

If you fail to bring the required ID you will not be allowed to take the test and will forfeit all monies you have paid in this regard. You will not receive a refund. The Test
The test questions are delivered on a computer screen. However, you do not need to be familiar with computers and the test doesn’t involve any writing. All you will need to do is click on the relevant answer boxes using the mouse. Before the test begins you can sit a practice session to get used to the way the test will work. The test will contain a number of multiple-choice questions.  Most questions will give four answers, only one of which is correct. Some questions will require you to select more than one option to properly answer the question. It is an exam so exam conditions will be maintained. You will not be able to take anything in the exam room that may assist you in the test including your mobile telephone. Lock up facilities will be made available to you to store your personal items.
How difficult is the test?
You will not need a detailed knowledge of the exact content or wording of any health & safety procedures. If you are accustomed to operating with an awareness of your own health & safety and that of people around you, you should have no difficulty in selecting the correct answers.

Test Results
You will receive your written test results on the day of your test at the test centre after completion of your test.

Please send us your valid National Insurance Number and we will confirm your test as soon as possible.

Alternatively there’s an admin charge of £ 2.99 to book your test.
