This company just take your money and your personal details .
There is no training or cscs card but they have your details as they ask for bank statement,passport copy and prof of address and they use it for other activity .

I recently ordered a cscs card from them using their fast track service, I called them to check on progress as it was overdue and they would not answer any enquires over the phone they hung up on me and did not answer when I called back.
They did eventually speak to me and told me to use the help pages on the website.
So to sum up my experience:My advice would be to use someone else, ask for a receipt when you place an order and check how they handle support i.e. by phone or email.
- Once they have taken your money they will only deal with you online and this can take over a week for a response.
- You have to request a receipt within 24 hours of your order or they charge you £11.99. Yes they will speak to you on the phone for this bit! They told me this is all clear in their T&Cs I searched through but could not find a mention and I’m still waiting for a reply and a receipt.

As far as i am concerned dont touch them..they take your money then are impossible to contact.I have even been to their offices and been fobbed off.I paid for an NVQ but have since found bout that they dont provide the one i paid for!!!.The rep that missold it me left last year and cant be contacted.Even though it was their reps mistake they will not refund my payment.Since i visited their offices last week they have again refused to reply.
Dont go near them !!!

How are we to know what procedures to follow if we are not told! The only procedure I can see is when people chase for a receipt you tell them there a charge. And if people are not told this at the time of order then it is a con plain and simple.
All I want is a receipt, to repeat myself again because you just don't listen! I should not have to read your T&C to find out how to get a receipt but I did read them and as I have pointed out to you in emails
IT DOES NOT STATE IN YOUR T&C ANYTHING ABOUT REQUESTING A RECEIPT WITHIN 24HR!!!!!!!! SO STOP TELLING ME TO READ THEM ITS NOT THERE!!!!! (unless it has now been added).
I have never dealt with a company that has such a condition or charges for receipt, so I fail to see what it is you take so seriously!
It is however my experience that when i pay for something over the phone or internet, that a receipt is sent out. Next your tell me you get paid without sending Invoices LOL.
So tell your telesales people to inform customers that they need to ask for a receipt within 24hr or pay for it. Personal I don't see you getting alot of repeat business SERIOUSLY.
Still at least we already know your responce. Did not follow procedure (which you cannot even spell) LOL and read the T&C.... Well why don't you read them for a change.

DO NOT USE CENSURA they are an absolute waste of space i booked and paid for a hvac and refrigaration course and ended up doing the operatives course which is £30 cheaper than wot i paid when i phoned them they fobbed me on telling me i can only deal with it by email so she gave me an email address wot did not excist so once again i phoned up then got fobbed of again this time being told that i paid for the operatives course and given another email address yet to recieve a reply censura is a joke of a company AVOID AVOIDI have just dealt with Censura who have completely ripped my company off. I booked my partner on the fast track JIB package who then travelled 250 miles to attend the test to realise that it was not the test we requested. I was also told on the phone it was £104 but was actually charged £151.
Perhaps I did not follow procedure? When I phoned to ask why the correct test had not been booked I was told it was my fault for not checking the details. The email I was sent did not actually tell me what test had been booked and I find it very likely that we will not get the card at all in the next '10 working days'.
I am now reporting this company to all and every relevant regulatory and government body that will be interested in this cowboy organisation. As the JIB organisation told me, no-one can fast track it but them.
I could continue with many more problems about receipts, customer service etc - but wouldn't waste my breath on this company.

They are misrepresenting their services, charging more than they stated on the phone, not actually providing what was requested - they have to be stopped from ripping off more people and need to be held to account.
I will be reporting them too - the more complaints made, the sooner they can be held to account.
I have been defrauded by this company. Please DO NOT deal with them. They are only interested in the money they take. I have been over charged by them.

Wish I had seen all this before dealing with these cowboys, how are they getting away with it?? I have followed the process of 'emailing them' to which I get an automated reponse and go round in circles. When you call them to tell them this they literally put the phone down on you. I have lost £100 because of them and have to take another CSCS test before I am allowed to work on site. I am also going to make every effort to get this company brought to justice.
ReplyDeleteI worked for Censura Consulting, and they are by far the most scamming and unprofessional company i have ever came accross in my life. My advice to anyone needing there cscs cards is to stay well away from them. Not only will they charge you 3 or 4 times the actual price of everything, they will also delay on processing your payments to CITB for months for your cards to be issued. And when you start calling up 2 or 3 months later after missing out on work or loosing jobs because you cant get on site without your card they will fob you off, and when you reach breaking point and start to get angry with them the will hang up the phone on you and sit and laugh. I worked there for 4 months and the way they speak to and treat their staff is an absolute discrace, and to make it even worse i now have the hassle of having to take them to court to get payment for my work off them. So if you dont want to be ripped off guys steer well clear of them.
